Hey,
I'm wondering if this happens often to other people or if I'm doing somethng wrong that's causing it. Sometimes when I complete a given exercise (such as leg presses), especially on the arms or legs, my targetted muscles begin to shake for a couple of minutes (even though there is no soreness). Sort of weird.
Thx

Its normal. Doesn't happen to everyone but once your muscles get use to the training, the tremor will stop. For now try to reduce the weight level.
How about telling us more about yourself by filling out your profile.
Good Luck!

It happens to almost all my clients when they first start to weight train. Nothing to do with the weight or anything, it's just their muscles slowly starting to work again.... (just like a good old car yo haven't use for years! ;o)

If it doesn't hurt, don't worry about it.
