If you haven't signed up for the weekly MuscleHeadz cartoon via email, you're missing out on some really funny stuff. I've been signed up for it for a few months now and there are some very interesting things you learn from these cartoons. I've seen some recent ads for it right here on FT; just click on the banner thats up at the top of the page whenever it comes up. They include helpful tips for training in addition to the funny stuff, so its not all fun and games. Its only emailed once a week, so its not like 'spam'. Check it out if you haven't already.
