I am weighing in around 230lbs at the moment and I am 5,10. I am in pretty good shape but my lifting is yeilding no results besides strength gain. I am on a Weight Loss program with the sight but it calls for 3500 calories. Dose that sound right. I am currently working out 4 times a week and cardio three times.... Can anyone help me??
ok. after you try that for awhile, you can always change it when it stops/or doesnt work! lower your calories a little each time, and workout more each time. Believe me! it works. its just your 'stuck' your body doesnt wanna move, you need a boost!
