Is it normal after a days workout to say pick up a gallon of water out of the refridgerator and your pectorals start contracting and relaxing extremely fast & involuntarily ? If not what does this mean ? I stretch & warm up before hitting the weights so Im a little perplexed.

Kind of a fast twitch? I sometimes experience that, too. As long as there's no pain, you should be alright.

Well, unless pain is involved, I don't think it is any way harmful. I sometimes get this same thing. I just chalk it up to the muscles just sometimes spaz out. I think it is quite normal. Sometimes I will have one go on in my bicep for as much as 10 munutes. I can actually watch the action through the skin!
