hi. I worked on my legs this past monday, and my inner thighs are still sore ( probably because I have never worked them before). I want to work out my legs again today- but i don't know if i should.. what do you suggest?
Do you follow an ft program? My advice would be to work on your legs next Monday. If you work this muscle group well, you should not need to work them more than once per week.
