I have incorporated squats and lunges into my workout....OUCH! My legs are really sore. Hot tub and ibuprofin have helped, but they are still sore. Time for me to work out again. Should I wait till the soreness goes away completly? Or can I go on as normal?

Hit 'em hard. If you're just adding them to your routine, you will be sore (DOMS - delayed onset muscle soreness), but it will subside. Be sure to do a good warm-up before your next leg session. You will definately feel it on your first couple sets. But as the blood starts flowing into the muscles, the soreness will fade away. You'll still be sore the following day... just not as much. The longer you keep it up consistantly, the more you get used to it. I welcome the feeling...

Try stretching afterwards as well. Warm up and cool down. Stretching always helps me with the after-workout soreness. Neat little article to read which explains why they are sore. I actually enjoy my muscles hurting. Means that I actually did something.

Thanks for the input. I did my workout again. Actually not much soreness. I feel great!
