Hey guys! Just a quick question, kinda. Ok, so you know how you can't do target weightloss, but with the weight training equipment, you can target certain areas to build muscle right? From what I understand, if you weight train, fat will be replaced with muscle? Is that correct? So if you want to get rid of fat in certain areas, is it fair to say that weight training may contribute to obtaining your goals?

No building muscle can never replace fat. Yes you can target certain areas to build muscle but you cannot spot reduce in fat. Two totally different things.
The muscle will just push UNDER the fat.

To loose fat is all a question about diet.........
