Hi!

I have just started to focus on improving my body. I'm male, 19, 6'4" and only weigh around 140lbs. So i am very thin, i am conscious of this and am trying anything to improve my size, i am currently using a weight gain supplement which is working slowly and have jsut bought some free weights (up to a max of 15kg) because its a bit difficult to get to the gym at the mo. I want to increase my muscle size and overall body frame. Time is a bit of a problem aswell, so, i was wondering if anyone knew of particualr routines i could do to increase my size (loosing as little weight as possible) and considering ive have about 20 minutes to do it in. I really want to improve my body before the summer comes :S

I would be VERY grateful if anyone could help

Thankyou

Focus on th ebig movements - squats, deadlifts, benching, bent-over rows. There are descriptions of all of these on the website under fitness resources.

Abbreviated, heavy routines will actually help a hardgainer to add muscle - you want to keep it short and work hard to stimulate growth hormone.

Be sure to eat well to support your efforts.
