Was wondering if anyone had read a book by Ian King and Lou Schuler. It's called "Muscle: The World's Most Complete Guide to Building Your Body". If so what did you think of it and was it worth the money or are there better books out there. Have already looked through Arnold's Encyclopedia and it belongs to a friend so I have access.
Any thoughts gratefully appreciated. :dumbbell:

Ian King is a well respected and nuch sought after strength coach and trainer.

You may want to look into also Charles Poliquin. Modern trends in strength training is a good read. As well as the Poliquin principles, but I doubt you can find it. Last I saw there was a waiting list on ebay for it!!

I think I'll go ahead and buy the book but I'll check out Amazon as well and see what else looks interesting.

Cheers guys.
