Fish Oil - Supposely Take 4 Times A Day
Vitamin - 3 Times A Day

my first question is they both say take after a meal ,
so should i take one after one or should i wait a few minutes or so after each?

my second question is that i dont take the supposely 4 times or 3 times a day so is that bad?

Doesn't matter. Take them both with a meals.

And no, that is not bad, but as far as max effectiveness, you will get closer to it with the proper doseage.

Fish oil for instance exerts its best effects with chronic use.

is it important to split up your fish oil doses? i take them all with breakfast.
