Hey guys. I was just wondering if it is possible to gain muscle size and strength without gaining weight? because ive been working out for about 6 months and i see a big improvment on my size but i dont seem to be gaining weight is that possible. because i really want to gain about 15 more pounds but i cant.

If you want to gain weight you need to eat more. Keep it clean and start adding in more calories. If you are not already doing so eat 6 meals per day.

It is quite easy to gain muscle strength without gaining weight. Take a look at your lightweight powerlifters for starters.

I always gained strength without gaining size when not eating a bulking type diet, but a clean maintenance type diet.
