Hey guys been awhile!I've been working out since the begining of August and felt like my routine needed some re-energizing and re-chargeing beyond changing exercises and resistence so i tried supersets.Best pumb and burn ever!I felt so good after all the hard work and now i am all giddy again!Now i plan on continuing my shock training for a few weeks to get it going again.
