i just started to work out, I weigh around 140, my arms are really skinny, the most i can bench press is 100lbs.. can anyone recommend how heavy my weights i should lift in order to have an effective workout. Thanks
Nope nobody can tell you but yourself. You need to feel a slight burning when doing the last couple of repetitions, then it's the right weight.
