hey in the past few days i hav attempted 2 run only having a protien shake before i run.

my legs have got sore very quickly when running asking the question whether i should eat more before i run?

The soreness is more than likely a result of utilizing your legs in a new way. It will pass after a while. Until then, keep up a good nutritional diet, and have a light snack about 30 minutes before your run to keep from having cramps.
