I have a few questions about the program:
1. Is there another way of working out your legs at home, beside the squats?
2. What if you miss a day of training?
3.does Free Trainers provide a diet eating plan of some sort to follow?

1. I do Squats, Lunges, lifts(Inner & outer thigh), calf raises
2. that would depend on your schedule(sp?) - a day of rest could be good for you or you could add it to the next day - just make sure you wait 48 hours before reworking those muscles if it is lifting workout if cardio then do alittle more on the next 3 cardio workouts
3. The Nutritional Plan but I'm doing the Atkins but I'm about to switch to the another plan has a set calorie intake that insist on eating whole grains & a very balance (It is the one that goes with the 8 minute workout)
