Missing a workout!

Tommorow im going to miss my saturday workout (legs). I am going to be snowboarding all day. SO should i skip the workout for this week? or makeup for it? Ill probly be too sore to do it on sunday. Snowboarding should give me enough of a leg workout...

It's not a problem this time. Just try to put in your work out in the week (so you wont miss it) next time.
