I'm trying to gain weight and I'm trying to eat the right amount of calories I should take.
Do I really have to measure my food if I want to get the right amount of calories ? Is there any easier way?

If you're not planning on competing or anything then you needn't worry too much about measuring out food, but sometimes we tend to think we're eating some amount of a food when we're actually eating more. Most of the time, packages list the amount of a food that consitutes one serving, depending on the packaging, sometimes I visually divide said package into the amount of servings contained in it and go from there. I'm hoping that made some sense. :)

If I am not pre contest, the main thing I worry about keeping track of is my protein grams. I always do this to insure adequate amounts. Other than that, kind of gauge yourself if you like.
