I measured my self at the beginning of august and every body part has gone lower by about an inch except for my biceps and triceps which have gone up. Is this as I'm loosing the excess fat of of those areas? or am I loosing muscle. My weight is the same.
Thanks

I think I've lost a good amount of fat but I cant say anything because I made the biggest mistake and that is I didn't take any pics before so I cant compare them woth my body now. I measured everything untensed by the way. But I measure my biceps tensed.

If you lost size but weigh the same then I would think that you just lost fat dude.

You shouldn't need to have pictures, you have a mirror, pictures help but you know how you looked before, are you different? And how much weight did you lose? If you lost a lot of weight then of course you'll be smaller. You shouldn't really be worried about how big your arms, legs, chest, everything else is. Work on getting your body composition i.e. body fat percentage into a healthy or athletic range and then work on staying lean while increasing your muscle mass.
