I feel the shame too... I went to Wendy's on Saturday... ack! Every once in a while a person breaks down.. don't feel guilty about it.. just move on, work out a bit harder the next time and forget about it... we all fall off the wagon once in a while....

don't worry about the occasional cheat day, everyone needs them, actually many things I have read say to take on emeal a week and eat somthing a lil on the unhealthy side. This keeps metabolism in cheak and break up the monotny of dieting and gives you somthing to look foraward to at the end of the week. Besides that don't worry about it the mental stress will hurt your body more than the actual big mac

yeah, don't worry about it... like andrew said, the mental stress will actually hurt your body if you don't let go of it... besides, don't they "love to see you smile?!"
