I've been doing the Mass-Training Program for a while now but it never tells me when i'm supposed to do the "layoff phase" because it just keeps giving me new workout weeks. When do i do the 2-week layoff phase????

Once you have completed the 12 week program. Your body will thank you for this, even though you might feel guilty that your are not training during this layoff.

yes, you should always take a week off after 8-10 weeks especially if you have been on a heavy mass program. Will give your ligaments, tendons, and nerve endings a much needed rest. Of course along with your muscles. Will give you a much needed mental rest also. You will go back after that week much refreshed mentally and physically. You may experience an initial strength drop, but it will replenish and more quickly. One note, while on this week off, make sure you keep up with your good nutrition plan. This will keep you growing. Good luck.

I am on my 12th week of the 12 week mass and I see I rest on 13th week (good thing as I am sore tired and a bit lazy) Anyone know what 14th week entails?
