Top three supplements used by top bodybuilders:
1)food
2)training
3) sleep
If you are in a mass bu8ilding phase, minimal cardio for heart health is recommended.
There have been a lot of previous posts, i will bump some for you, but you might check fit buddy at the botom of the screen for 'mass' or mass gain, topics like that.
good luck!

It is actually very simple to add mass. Simply put, you must as with trying to lose know your maintenance calories to do it right. This is the amount of calories you need to stay exactly the same with the same amount of activity and everyday occurances in your life. Once you have this, you can easily start an increase in calories. A calorie surplus is needed to gain weight. So, increase your calories by anywhere from 250-500 per day, though I would start on the lower end to avoid too much initial fat gain. Watch the scale, weigh once per week first thing in the morning, this is your most accurate time, water depeleted, etc., and when gaining stops, increase again, because now you are again at your maintenance level. A macro amount of 40/40/20 p/c/f can work well, even a bit more extreme 30/50/20. Experiment with these macros a bit so you add the least amount of fat and most lean tissue. Carbs are muscle sparing, this is why you will use more carbs and less protein in a gaining diet. Good luck, hope this helps.
