im on a mass building plan, 4000-4500 calories daily,. If i do cardio, 30-45 mins of jogging, i should be able to bulk up while putting on next to no fat right?. Oh i do cardio in the morning as soon as i get up before eating a hearty breaky. Will the cardio slow down my muscle gain?

hmm so many questions.....

Unfortunately, jogging will not get you too far in the fat loss arena. Jogging is low intensity cardio, and does squat to raise base metabolic rate.

have filled in my profile. ive been told that doing cardio before eating is good because it burns fat pretty much straught away because it doesnt have to burn through the calories already eaten that day. i m not really trying to lose fat but just avoid putting it on while i am bulking up. what would be a better cardio workout

If you do cardio before eating I think you risk burning up some of your hard gained muscle aswell (check with bb1fit)
