I was just wondering what the best way to gain mass and size is. I've been working out for a while now and see my self getting into better shape, but not necessarily larger. I've heard higher weight, less reps will get you bigger.., can someone map this out a bit for me plz.

Yes, higher weight is key. If you get stronger, chances are good you will get bigger. Of course all gains come down to diet being complimentary for what you are trying to achieve. Not enough intake of nutrients, well, little muscle gain.

3 reps seems not a lot ? How many set / exercices?

DO big exercises(if you not doing squats, deadlifts, dips, military presses, chin ups, and the like...you're quite frankly wasting your time in the gym especially if you are looking to add size). Eat more.....more than that...and probably still more....

Lift HEAVY....I got great results training for strength...some prefer to lift lighter...I say good compromise is 3-6 reps....whether you leave reps in the tank depends on your well being on a particular day...
