Hey, I have a marathon coming up in early October and I was just curious if running now at a young age could actualy HURT me?

In my opinion running a marathon while not having finished the growth would not be such a good idea. I don't know your age, your physical condition or anything but running 42km is a very big and hard challenge.
Both my father and older brother have been doing several marathons and I know that both of them have been rather sick the following week.

What about waiting some time?

My Friend is 19 and she placed in her division in the Boston Marathon... She was not sick... and she has had no side effects as of yet... I am not a runner so I do not know

what would cause someone to get sick after running? i ran cross country and i never got sick, and i have never heard of that happening either

You can get sick because of running sometimes when your body isnt used to endurance activities and converting fat stores for energy. Anaerobic respiration is something your body has to be trained to be able to do for the long hours of running a marathon. Cross country runs are usually at the most 30 minutes, while marathons can be 3 hours or more, in which your body is running very low on energy and has nothing to replace it with if ur body isnt used to it

Can someone give me a marathon training program. I would love to start training for one but I don't want to over do it to soon. And I have no idea where to start. Any suggestions?

You can go to Hal Higdon's website. He has training plans from beginer to advanced. I would also suggest buying a book about marathon training. I'm in the process of training for my first marathon and both tools have been very helpful. There is a lot that goes into the training.
