Hey guys i have recieved this in my email.. what do you think about these pills ... has any one actually tried them? check this out and plz let me know what you think...Thanks SeanyBoy Today, this has changed. Companies are now developing cutting-edge products that are developed from research and studies in the field of muscle development. One such product is called ZMA, and I believe it to be an essential product for anyone trying to gain muscle. ================== What is ZMA? ZMA is a combination of zinc and magnesium aspartate. Taken separately, these elements are not as potent as when combined in precise amounts. This combination is so successful, that is has been patented. ================== What does it do? This product has demonstrated the ability to increase free testosterone levels up to 43% WITHOUT using potentially harmful substances like prohormones which can have side effects that can adversely effect your body’s natural hormonal balance. ================== ZMA is used to: * boost strength levels * enhance muscle and strength gains * prevent muscle tissue breakdown and * increase levels of growth hormones like testosterone, GH and IGF-1 Dr. Lorrie Brilla or Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA presented the latest study of ZMA to the American College of Sports Medicine at a recent convention. They studied a group of college football players who supplemented with ZMA and magnesium aspartate for 8 weeks. The group that took the ZMA and magnesium increased their free testosterone levels by 43% more than the test subjects who took a placebo. In addition, this group increased their muscle strength 250% more than the placebo group who did not supplement with the ZMA/magnesium aspartate combo. ================== Let's get realistic! After reading my webpage at http://www.musclegaintips.com you should know that supplements are NOT 'magic'. They will not help you at all if you don't already have a good diet and training program. They are only meant to supplement your existing program. Used in conjunction with a complete training and nutritional program (like my Gaining Mass! Program), the right supplements will enhance your strength gains, increase your muscle gain, speed your recovery and reduce muscle catabolism. Personally, I have been using ZMA for almost a year, and I have seen a definite improvement in my physique. In fact, I like it so much, that I've included it in my updated Gaining Mass! program. I recommend this product to anyone trying to gain mass. Also, anyone who is considering using prohormones, please try ZMA first. It actually has been shown to work in studies, and it's not harmful to your body...it's even less harmful to your wallet! ================== What does it cost? Compared to most new supplements out there, ZMA is very inexpensive, and compared to prohormone costs, it is down right cheap! Furthermore, ordering online can save you additional $$$. The specific product I recommend using is ZMA HP, made by EAS. ZMA HP contains no hormones, pro-hormones, hormone metabolites, nor hormone precursors; thus, it is not banned by any athletic organization, making it an excellent choice for performance enhancement for any and all athletes. For those who want to try this product for themselves, I have located a reputable online store that sells EAS ZMA HP (the brand I recommend) at the rock bottom price of $14 for a one month supply, so check it out! http://www.musclegaintips.com/zma If you already have a strong diet and training program in place, ZMA WILL help to increase your results and keep the mass coming! Good Luck, |

Certainly not a "magic pill" I have taken them before and can't say that I noticed a big difference...had some problems sleeping when I took them too (and they are pretty stinky). Do you think you've maxed out your gains without ZMA? Try them when you've hit a wall and see if they help. No pill is stronger than your will. (poet and didn't know-it.)Ken |

I say go for it. I took (and will again very soon) the EAS brand ZMA-HP. I took it for three consecutive months and had awesome results. I haven't tried the Z-Mass PM, or any other for that matter. But as for the EAS stuff - it worked. My sleep was never interupted, I felt great during my workouts, and it seemed to help my intensity. The only side effect (if you want to call it that) was that it must have really got my hormones raging and I craved sex all the time - just ask my wife. Bottom line: the stuff really works if taken like its supposed to be taken. I say go for it. Try it and if you don't like it or you don't see increased results, don't buy anymore. Simple. |

ZMA naturally boosts your testosterone. Since its a natural process, there are no side effects. I first tried it about 5 months into lifting. I didn't "hit a wall" or anything like that. I read a few articles on the stuff and decided to do some research on the product. I liked what I saw, so I tried it. I haven't taken it for about a month and a half (money is tight right now), but I will buy another bottle or two within a couple weeks. ZMA is certainly worth trying. |

I agree with thunderman to an extent. However, ZMA is zinc and magnesium - two extremely important nutrients your body needs. This supplement ensures you're fetting enough of these minerals for proper testosterone production. |
