Hi, Im new to the group. Anyways, the only place I have to workout only has machine weights, alot of machine weights, and alot of cardio machines. My question is can i get in shape by only using machines and cardio? Im 6'4" and I weigh 312 lbs. I wanna get down to around 230lbs. My main goal is to just get lean, lose weight, not get huge. Also I workout in the morning, 6:00 a.m. and i was thinkin about doin 30 min of cardio after i train. Any advice? and should i just wake up and go to the gym on a empty stomach?
