i do not go to a gym any ideas on how to do this at home ........

You can just substitute with normal calf raises or donkey raises.

ROBERT COULD YOU EXPLAIN HOW TO DO CALF RAISES OR DONKEY RAISES GOSH I AM SO EMBARRASSED..........

You can do normal calf raises if you have stairs.. just stand on the edge of a step and use your calfs to raise yourself up.. if thats too easy then you can always use one leg.. if thats still too easy you can use one arm to hold a weight and the other to hold the rail to balance yourself.. Donkey calf raises I never really got down but I think you basically bend over and put your feet up on something like an edge of a platform while the rest of your body rests on a chair or something.. then you do a calf raise.. you can even have someone sit on you if you need more weight... kinda rough.. i'd stick with the calf raise on the end of a step idea...
