anything that pulls your lower trunk( legs etc) up will train the lowers as well as rest of the abbs.
You can lay on the ground and do reverse crunches
or you can hang from somthing and do hanging ones, with the same motion.......however this is an advanced move, I can't do no more than 3 correctly lol.
Things I you want to pull your lower trunk to your chest, not swing, or make chest go to trunk. Knees should come to you.
