I am loving the 12 week ab program. I am on week 3 and already I can see a difference in my abdominal region. This is great! Now if only I could make my hips smaller!!

Yeah gawdess, Roberts right. If week 3 makes you happy, week 6 will make you weep openly.-------------- Living well is the best revenge. Charlie

Is it possible to sign up for the twelve week ab program and a overbody program simutaneously.-------------- It's not what we eat or drink occasionally, but what we consume on a daily basis that determines our ongoing level o health. formerfatguy.com Not sure of author |

I was wondering about the ab program. I'd signed up for it, but noticed in my exercise routines there were no ab exercises!!
Now that I went back.. and scrolled further down the page... I see the ab routines. And I'm an IT expert so it makes me feel even more stupid not to have noticed. So, I'll be starting on the 3rd week - I'll let you know how easy it is. I'm dreading 6 week routines already!! LOL. |

Yeah allan, they are at the bottom of the page.
Shavonde, as a FT Pro member, the 12 week ab program isnt available to you. There is an 8 week program which runs in conjunction with whichever exercise program you pick out. -------------- Living well is the best revenge. Charlie

Take a plate and lay it across your upper chest. I've scrolled down to the bottom of the page for 16 weeks and haven't found the ab program yet. But then I didn't see the banner for the training logs on the opening page either. I'll keep checking and the light will go on eventually.

thanks a bunch, i'll give it a shot.
to get the ab program: just make sure that you signed up for it at the start, or do so in your profile, than it should be on the weekly excersize page at the very bottom. |

sweetie, 1 go to FT profile and inbox.
2 click on view and change your exercise profile 3 go through the 6 pages and input what you want. 4 the abs program is on page 5...check the box 5 on the last page click "I accept" Then go to "my exercise program" scroll to the bottom of each page on week one. You should have a workout and abs workout. -------------- Living well is the best revenge. Charlie

I think it called for machines & I don't have access to them so I didn't do it - can someone do a ab workout for home???? That would help me out alot - ball, dumbells, ankle wieghts - I do have a wieght bench but that only has the leg extenions & curls besides the chess press - very simple one-------------- Reddy All people smile in the same language |

Reddy, the FT ab workout doesn't require machines unless you swap them in.-------------- Living well is the best revenge. Charlie
