Ok I just have to say it again the results I'm getting and only being in week three of my workout are awsome. My shop wieghed in on the 7th of Mar and I weighed 188.2lbs and had a 37.5 inch waist. We then weighed in on monday the 17th and I was done to 184.7lb and a 36 inch waist.

That not the only thing. I'm starting to take double takes at diffrent parts of my body. just the other day I notice that my arms are getting defined and then this morning I had to convence myself that those where my legs. I've never seen the dif in my legs that I'm starting to see now.

Thanks to all who have helped so far and to the creaters of this site.

As right now I think I'm doing things right. I get up at 0400 have breakfest and at the gym by 0500 then at work around 0600. On monday Wedsday and thursdays I'm back at the gym aroung 3 pm and do Cardio. Mon Tuesday and fridays I do cardio around 1100.

I've also gone to doing a couple more machines exercises after I do the cardio. Since I work like my shoulders on monday then on wed I will work them using another machine and so on and so forth. Hopfully I'm not over working them and giving them plenty of time to rest.
