I need tips to take off my excess weight and doing it FAST. I cant get any diet pills or anything like that, so I gotta do it the old fashioned way. Help me out! I need tips!!! Im 17 and 155 lbs i wanna be 130! my goal is to lose atleast 15 pounds by the end of the month!

The odds are that if you stay with the "lose it fast" mindset ...... it is going to come right back on and probably some more along with it.

Nothing worth having comes easy. 15 pounds is a steep goal. Realistically, with the right training and eating habits 8-10 is a more likely number.
Don't get caught up with pills or fad diets. The results rarely last. Start changing your eating habits and make a good, honest effort to get active. Remember, it's diet, strength training , and cardio for the best, and most permanent results.
