Every saturday night i work night crew at 10:00 pm-7:am in the morning.I'm in my last year of high school. But this saturday i just finshed an intense back/tricep work out and am sore but not tired. So is it all right to post-pone my night's 8 hours of sleep till 7:00 in the morning as long as i sleep for 7-8 hours during that time?

I didn't go to bed till 7 in the morning. Is that bad if im post-poning sleep for that day and the recuperation for the muscles i trained?I made up for it and still got 7-8 hrs of sleep.
