I go to the gym just about everyday, sometimes every other day. Originally, my mid section was too fat and my legs and abs needed serrious toning. This wasn't too difficult to fix because I had a lot of muscle as well. I have two problems as a product of all this working out. 1) My bum, that was one thing i never wanted to really change, is getting flatttterrrr..and i want to keep working out but i don't want to lose my nice bum..what do i do, what shouldnt i do? 2) my calves are pureee muscle ...but they are too big..how do i slim my calves when there is so much muscle? (ps ive been riding horses all my life which takes calf strength.)
calves...you're probably genetically predisposed to have large calves along with the fact that you've built them up with your horse riding. All i can suggest is not doing any isolated calf work.
good Luck and welcome to FT:)
