You get tons of cardio, but what about weight training? That will be a key ingredient to getting rid of the rest of the fat.
"I try to eat pretty well" that is the biggie - get on the right nutrition plan and you will see results. I would guess, from my experience with runner, that you probably don't eat enough and you probably don't get enough protein, but that is just a guess. I would have to see a typical day's meals to know how to help you get better results.
