My question is this. I have been taking in enough calories to lose weight and it looks like I have been losing some fat I take in enough to lose about 1-2 lbs every week or so. The only bad thing about my diet is that even though I don't eat junk food I easily go over my daily fat requirements etc. I have a high metabolism so I have to take in around 2800 calories roughly everyday so it makes it really hard to manage my ratios, especially since I eat around 1000 of those at school. IF I were to cut out my fat calories more, would I see better results or what, I was under the impression that as long as you burn less calories than you take in you will lose fat period. Any suggestions?

Hello, I believe you are headed in the right direction. It is a mixture of both taking in less calories and cutting fat intake for maximux fat burning. It does stand true that you will lose weight by taking in less than your daily calory rating, but if you would like better results, then you should alos monitor your fat intake very closely. Try to stay under 35g of fat per day and you should be just fine. :dumbbell:
