just out of curiosity , it is possible to lose bodyfat stores by normal means?
For example , ive been doing boxing and weights , ect for the past month or so (being doing weights for alot longer) , anyways , i've also been drinking protein shakes to help with building muscle , and it just struck me as question that needed to be asked , by going through a clean diet and exercise can the bodyfat stores still be tapped into?
