I am new here and though i have been going to the gym and workin out for the past 2 years its of no use to me partly because i was totally inconsistent. But now i really wanna get going and am getting consistent. I have big pectorals but they are not in shape and so are my abs. My arms and legs look puny when compared to my upper body. I want to know if its possible to get my abs and pecs in shape and lose fat around my gut while build up my arms and legs. Thank you
