I was wondering what the range is for loosing fat in one week before you start risking the chance of loosing muscle? thanks

Not sure of what you mean, but a safe rate of weight loss is one to two pounds a week - anything above that and you are likely burning muscle.
This doesn't take into account the initial loss that some people experience when they reduce carb intake - which is mostly water weight, and can be up to 14lbs.

That's exactly what i wanted to know. I plan on keeping my diet the same i'm just going to start doing cardio 4 days a week now as oppossed to the 0 i've done for the past year. So 10lbs. of fat in 2 months isn't asking too much?

10 lbs shouldn't be too much in 2 months... I guess not..
But you should be using up more calories than eating em... cardio will help
