I have a small buid and the majority of my body fat seems to concentrate in my stomach. I really don't want to loose weight, in fact I'd like to increase my mass. I know that only diet and training will make the body fat around my stomach go away, but I'm afraid I will loose pounds in other places. Is there a way to loose inches around my waist, but maintain my size?
Yes, eat a lot of proteins, lift heavy in the gym, do HIIT and cycle your carbs........
