Hey all..i think i have a massive problem here. I'm a 17 year old guy and few years ago i lost a lot of weight very fast. Unfortunately my skin stayed there....
I heard it's not possible to get rid of this...
I have extra skin at my chest area and abdomen..it's not a lovely scene as you can imagine...
Is there possibly any way to get myself to shape...no surgery please?!
Thank you

Welcome to FT Deridex. I wouldn't start worrying about surgery yet as you still have some growing years left and you're young enough to still have a lot of resiliency in your skin. I can't tell from your profile what your weight is but slowly building some lean muscle mass might well help you in the long run in filling out a bit.

Yep - wait and see if you fill it out as you grow - build some muscle to help achieve that goal.
Skin elasticity is mostly genetic - does your moom have nice skin , is she prone to stretch marks? That will tell you a little about how your skin will recover.
I did think that the skin-firming lotions helped when I initially lost 70 pounds and had some crepey skin on my stomach - I used the inexpensive ones (Jergen's, I think) and put it on after every shower/before bedtime.
If it has been a few years, though, you may want to look into cosmetic procedures to remove the extra skin. usuzally if it is going to shrink up I thinki t happens in a year or so.

Interesting, I think he may be correct - my skin tightened up as i got leaner and I had a considerable amount of loose skin on my stomach.
I think most people don't want to do the kind of work necessary to fill in their muscles and get rid of the fat.

Thank you on your replies...I have 72 kg on 183 cm so i really shouldn't be "fat".
Do you have a special program i could follow? Aerobic and anaerobic training...how ?

Very dependent on the person. Depends on how 'drastic' it is. I know folks who responded with effort(exercise), and then those who worked their tails off and some parts responded, but others did not ever.
