I'm 28, 5'8, and weigh 205 lbs. My chest and shoulders are in good shape but my stomach has gone by the wayside thanks to Coors light. I'm looking for a good workout to help me keep my chest and shoulders but lose my stomach. Planning on running and jogging every day. I don't have access to any weights either. Is there a good workout there that I can use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
