Looking for a good workout

I'm 28, 5'8, and weigh 205 lbs. My chest and shoulders are in good shape but my stomach has gone by the wayside thanks to Coors light. I'm looking for a good workout to help me keep my chest and shoulders but lose my stomach. Planning on running and jogging every day. I don't have access to any weights either. Is there a good workout there that I can use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try the at-home, no-weights option in the exercise programs here - should be a good start.

Alternate running and walking and ease into it, you don't want to dmage yourself.
