Hey,

I am new to FT and have been browsing a lot around the message boards so I can make a plan to acheive my goals. I need help, a lot of help. Every goal has obstacles and need some organization before commiting to it. I am 5'8ish male and about 160 pounds. I only have slight fat around love handles and thighs. I am seriously lacking a good chest region.

My goal is to lose this extra fat, get a nice toned body, lean mass (even though I am super buffed up). And all this till Feb. I have always wanted to have the body like the ppl I see on TV and on FT. I am not sure if my goals are acheivable till feb (that is when i am going back home and want to WOW my friends and family). :) So I need all the help I can get.

The obstacles I face are numerous. First being that I cannot follow a strict nutrition plan. That too because I am currently living with my uncle and thats where I get fed. I dont want to make special requests. All I can do in this regard is to give up junk food altogether.

Reading the posts I have decided to follow a 5 day weights and do slight cardio after the weights and full cardio on off-days. I am just soo confused. I really need to acheive my goals in the 3-4 months I have. I really dont know what to do........ HELP!!!!!! Just tell me what to do and I ll do it!!!!!PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAASE!!!!

I think I read a post from you on another thread, too, and I think you are at a great starting point! Take it day by day, goal by goal! Don't create too big of a goal if you are one to become discouraged if you mess up, just take smaller steps to get there. If you need the big ones, go full steam ahead!
