Hi, i've been working out for about a year now and thinking about taking some suplements.
I've been looking at some liquid creatine:

I would like to know if there are any people over here that used this, and how did you like this?
Or any other people that have an opinion on this product
thanks

personally i havent used this, but am thinking of suplementing myself. from these boards i get that liquid creatine is pretty much useless, stick with the CREAPURE stamped stuff. Its sold by Optimum Nutrition. Universal Nutrition, and Prolab.

Use the fitbuddy search for Creatine Ethyl Ester, I think you'll like what you find...

Do not use liquid creatine.

creatine begins to break down in liquid...so when you take the supplement ...a % of it will already be broken down to a waste product creatinineby the time you'll use it....and with more time more and moer of it will be broken down....(it's half-life...is fairly short in liquid....as little as 30-60minutes...before it starts to degrade....I was trying to find a reputable source to give you a good explanation but I can't seem to find some as of right now....

Liquid Creatine Manufacturer Fined
Muscle Marketing USA (MMUSA), maker of the popular liquid creatine supplement ATP Advantage Creatine Serum, has been fined $70,000 US by an Auckland district court for violating the New Zealand Fair Trade Act. MMUSA is charged with making false representations about the effectiveness of its creatine serum and concentration levels contained in each bottle. Label claims state that 5ml of the serum contain 2500 mg of creatine but test results indicated a presence of just 11.5mg creatine. Creatine is known to be unstable in liquid form, but MMUSA has continued to market their product globally.

ok, thanks.
The bottle says you have to take it about 10min. before work-out so it wouldnt be broken down before i start right. I already have a bottle at home, so i'm probably going to try it anyway. I'll let you guys know what i think about it.
