Hi there,I wanna ask 2 questions: when advertising liposuction they say "some fats can not be removed by diet and exercise so liposuction comes into play".Is this true?Can it be that some fats can not go away with diet and exercise due to genetics or whatever?
my second is: (I asked this before but could not get enough info) I do take a protein shake within 1 hour after each weight training ( I usually do it immediately or after 20 min) . But on cardio days,when I do HIIT cardio after weight training, before taking the protein shake, if I wait an hour after cardio to boost the fat loss (you know waiting 1 hour increases the efficiency of HIIT), would not that mean muscle loss? Cause a total of 1,5 hours (20-30 min for doing cardio + 1 hour waiting after cardio) pass after weight training, which exceeds the 1 hour critical window after weight training. So on cardio days (also include weight training of course) what to do?take the shake or wait?
