I was playing around the other day before cardio, and I hate to stretch, I know I should but I don't lol.....I do more so than I used too, but heres what I came up with.
This is great for athletes but I said for the ladies, cause women like to have "toned" musculer legs.But guys your invited too. So what ya need is some weight, barbell if you can balance, maybe a ez bar behind the neck, or dumbell if you prefere. THis is good for warmsing up to squats, or just to help fry your legs.....get ready.......here goes
All excercises are done with out rest one after the other)
get your barbell place behind neck, like you would to squat
perform the following...
10 squats( as low as you can go)
10 lunges( 5 each leg, take um deep, feel the stretch)
10 side lunges 5 each leg( step out to 9 o clock ,to 3
10 sumo squats(legs far apart)
10 reverse lunges( step back ward, instead of foward)
10 jumnping toe squats( stand on tippy toes, squats aslow as you can, then junp, make sure to absorb ont he landing.
**** if yoru a real woman, or man.....finish up with some sissy squats 10.*****
repeat as desired
Like I said great warm up for squats or cardio, stretchs everything at same time, has a lil cardio to it......I did it before cardio and after.....Hope ya like and enjoy :dumbbell::dumbbell::dumbbell:
