If I feel like I have the energy, is it ok to work-out/lift while I have a cold? Or should I just rest until I'm completely better? I just feel like a lump lying around here ;)
Wait till your feeling better. If you train at the gym others wouldn't want your germs. Don't forget the vitamins all the time. Hope you feel better soon.
