I'm currently 145 trying to get down to 135 for wrestling season. I lift weights first then I run on the treadmill for 15 minutes. I'm wondering if this is wrong if I should do it another way. Besides starving myself whats the fastest way to lose weight?

What do you eat?.. adjust your diet and increase your cardio.. 15 minutes seems like not enough.. 30+ should work. Don't starve yourself though.. that will probably hurt the gains you made in the off season... I think I answered some similar wrestling/bodybuilding question in the past here and referenced these articles by bodybuilding.com

I don't think they have any diet info in there but they could help you train for wrestling...

Hope some of that helps...

Starving yourself will be the very best way NOT to loose weight. Your body will not let you, but keep all the fat.

The fastest way? Boost your metabolism, eat small protein rich meals several times daily and do HIIT.

Good luck.
