I need an exercise that works the inner thighs or the thighs in general.

There are many, as far as overall, the king of course is squats. As carivan says, abductors, and along with hack squats are great. Look into FT's examples, they will have the exercises you want with detailed info of how to do them.

larger? Best thing for overall devolpopemnt of the legs is squats, and lunges.........You can get in a smith machine, an dplace you feet further in fron of you, this will target the glutes more. Feet high on platform on leg pres, helps too.
