I need some advice. Last night I was performing power snatches when I felt something pull in my leg. It's not the quadriceps or the groin, but hurts on the inner thigh about half way up the leg. It hurts to walk and also to press my foot against the floor while sitting. Is this the sartorious?(sp?) And if so is theere any way to specifically stretch it so I can prevent this in the future?

Well did you do any stretching at all before this happened?!!! (people often only realize how important stretching is AFTER the accident has happened....)

Now the best thing you can do (if you don't want to see a doc) is rest. Don't stretch it now.
