I need a new direction for leg days. I usually do 3 sets of squts followed by either bulgarian deadlifts or l;unges, but I dread it every week and do not do all that proficient a job. All my other weork out days are fine, i dont know why I hate legs so much, but I do.
Anyone recommend a good, less dreadful leg,glutes workout?

leg extensions
leg curls
calf raises
stiff-legged deads for your hamstrings
(I would keep doing the squats though)

Ya, I would keep doing squats. I do them usually every leg workout. I have seen my best gains in my legs doing squats. Maybe mix squats up with leg press. I understand about hating leg days, I hate them also but after a great leg workout, I can hardly walk but feel great knowing I pumped another leg day out.

Smith Machine lunges
Dumbell Lunges
Dumbell deadlifts
Calf raises on the leg press machine

Many people don't like leg day because it is one of the most difficult muscle group to work out. It takes a lot of strength and focus. Your just gonna have to hack it. Goodluck and keep working them legs!
